Our COO brings many talents to our organization. Shawn received

his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, where

you may recognize his name playing football for the Wolverines.

Shawn went on to play professionally for the New England Patriots

and the New York Jets.

 

After leaving the NFL, Shawn obtained his Master's degree in

Organizational Leadership from Malone University in 2020. During his time

at The Early Childhood Resource Center from 2015-2021, he was promoted to Director of Outreach after previously serving as Parent Engagement Regional Supervisor and Parent Engagement Coordinator. Shawn’s career highlights include his knowledge of non-profit organizations with a strong emphasis on strategic development, management, and operational policies. Shawn is heavily involved in the community having served on local boards and committees. He continues his work as a professional athlete by fundraising for The American Heart Association and is involved with marketing events for The NFL Hall of Fame.
