The Bridge Community Integration Services

program focuses on helping each person become more active, involved and integrated with their community.

 

Since 2013, participants had the opportunity to attend more than 750 activities and trips.  

 

Typical activities planned include community

volunteerism projects, trips and tours to learn more about our community and plenty of fun outings.
