GEORGE T. MAIER II
Chief Operating Officer
A Passion for Service and Community

Maier's dedication to serving others extends beyond his professional experience.
He actively participates in enriching the lives of youth through various initiatives,
including volunteering as a Scout Leader and coaching baseball. These activities
exemplify his dedication to building a strong and vibrant community.

Building a Brighter Future
Maier's proven track record in operational excellence directly translates into improved services
and support for those in need. At WIS International, he spearheaded strategic initiatives that
optimized efficiency and delivered significant cost savings. These experiences position him perfectly
to lead Siffrin towards long-term sustainability and continued impact.

A Foundation for Excellence and Community Engagement
Maier's educational background reflects his dedication to continuous learning and professional development. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Economics from Malone College (2000), an MBA with a focus on Executive Leadership from the Jack Welch Management Institute (2012), and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Duke University (2014). This robust academic foundation complements his extensive experience, allowing him to approach challenges with a strategic and data-driven mindset.

Leading by Example and Building a Strong Family
Maier believes in leading by example and actively invests in his community and family. He is married to Jennifer, and together they raise their two sons, Parker and Lincoln, on a small farm in North Lawrence. Their life on the farm, with chickens, goats, pigs, and a few dogs, fosters a love of nature, responsibility, and a strong work ethic in their children. He thrives in collaborative environments, building bridges between departments and ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives. His diverse skill set, encompassing operational leadership, non-profit governance (through his service on the Board of Directors for the Stark County Fair Board), and a deep understanding of community needs, equips him to guide Siffrin towards a brighter future.
