KIM LARSON-PHILLIPS Chief Operating Officer
Kim Larson-Phillips has been acting COO since 2014. Her career with Siffrin began in 2005 when she was hired as a Manager of Supported Living. With strong leadership, care-giving and management skills, Kim's ability to strengthen and improve services to people with disabilities is second nature.
A graduate of Kent State University, Kim earned her Bachelor's degrees in psychology and biology and has worked in several different organizations within the DD field. Having more than 15 years experience and varying perspectives of service delivery, Kim's advancement within Siffrin has been fast-paced.
Kim is a certified instructor of DSPATHS and MANDT. and is a member of the OADSP Board of Directors. She also serves in various functions as a member of the Rotary Club of Perry Township.
